Any coach, parent, or spectator whose behavior becomes aggressive (verbally or through body language) will be removed from the tournament immediately. No refunds. No questions asked. Zero tolerance. This tournament is for the kids, please keep it that way.
Home Team = light jerseys and provides the game ball. Away Team = dark jerseys. Admission: Adults $20, Children (12 & under) $15.
Pre-game warm-up: 5 minutes. Halftime: 2 minutes. Tournament Director may shorten warm-ups if schedule is behind. If a team is late, the clock starts at scheduled time. Arriving before halftime = 10-point penalty. Not present by 2nd half = forfeit.
NFHS rules apply with exceptions. Two 20-minute halves per game. Individual fouls not tracked (except technical/flagrant). Team fouls tracked; single bonus at 10th team foul (1 free throw worth 2 points). No double bonus. Shooting fouls: Inside arc = 1 FT worth 2 points. Outside arc = 1 FT worth 3 points. Made basket + foul = 1 FT worth 1 point. Clock stops last 2 minutes of the 2nd half. 4 timeouts per team (30 seconds each). Scoretable staffed by tournament officials.
In overtime, free throw shootout: Any eligible player (not fouled out, participated in game) may shoot. Each team alternates shooting one free throw. If Team A makes their free throw, Team B gets a chance. If Team B misses, Team A wins. If both teams make it, they repeat until one misses (equal number of attempts each round).
6th grade boys & up: 29.5” ball. 5th grade boys & under: 28.5” ball. Coaches may agree to change ball size. Any player/coach with 2 technical fouls = disqualified from remainder of tournament.
Schedules posted on Exposure Events (live Wednesday midnight before tournament). Max 2 coaches on the bench. Only 2 coaches per team receive free admission. Coaches must sign in at gate. Coaches/players ejected may not return for the rest of the tournament.
Only division champions receive trophies (no runner-up awards). Tie-Breaker order: Head-to-Head → Point Differential → Points Allowed → Points Against → Coin Flip.
